Project Manager – Construction (Dubai)

About the role

The Project Manager will be based on‑site in Dubai, leading construction projects from initiation through to completion. This full‑time position is responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting and allocating resources to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while meeting local regulations and company quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site progress and manage risks and issues.
• Prepare status reports and lead regular project meetings.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, safety standards and municipal requirements.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in construction project management.
• Dubai Municipality and/or Abu Dhabi Municipality certification or accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority requirements and project standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and government authorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
