Project Manager – Construction (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the UAE, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope. The role reports to the CEO and oversees all phases from planning to hand‑over, coordinating stakeholders and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Lead, motivate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, assign tasks and resolve conflicts.
• Allocate and manage resources including personnel, equipment and budget.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate progress and issues effectively with stakeholders, clients and senior management.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Track project performance, address deviations and ensure successful project closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in the construction industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations and authority approvals.
• Proven leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
