Project Manager & Data Analyst, Global Digital

About the role

Kempinski, a luxury hospitality group, is looking for a Project Manager & Data Analyst for its Digital Strategy & Web team in Dubai. The role is the analytical backbone of the digital team: it turns complex digital performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions across the organisation, coordinates cross-functional digital projects and produces executive-ready reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and monitor global digital timelines and project progress, and enhance visibility of quarterly and yearly goals for the department and external stakeholders
• Manage and coordinate digital projects across Revenue Management, Marketing, IT and hotel operations, tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies
• Act as the communication hub for digital initiatives, keeping regional teams and commercial departments aligned
• Design and deliver regular performance updates for the Global Digital & Ecommerce teams and commercial stakeholders, turning data into concise insights and recommendations
• Own dashboards and reporting tools showing real-time digital KPIs (LookerStudio, Datorama/Salesforce), and improve reporting cadence, templates and workflows
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across analytics platforms and reporting, flagging and resolving tracking or attribution issues
• Respond quickly to urgent data requests and business questions

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital, Project Management, BI or Analytics, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Proven project management experience with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several work streams at once
• Commercial acumen and business mindset

• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Understanding of digital and e-commerce KPIs across paid, SEO and web/app channels
