Project Manager – Digital Assets & FinTech (Dubai)

About the role

Opportunity to join a digital bank in the UAE and work on projects within the evolving Digital Assets space. This hands‑on role is based in Dubai and offers valuable international and Middle East banking exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are effectively managed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, scope documents and status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder discussions and project reviews.
• Perform hands‑on Business Analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation and coordination with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support project budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of project management or related experience.
• Experience delivering projects in a fintech or crypto environment is essential.
• Direct experience in digital assets, such as tokenisation or custody is an advantage.
• Able to manage projects end‑to‑end, including plans, budgets, risks, stakeholder updates and delivery.
• Comfortable gathering requirements, analysing processes and working closely with business and technology teams.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or another relevant project management certification.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Mandarin proficiency is required due to project needs.
