Project Manager – EPC (Site Based)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects from FEED through hand‑over. The role is site‑based and involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver large‑scale oil & gas or energy projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full EPC lifecycle, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, procurement specialists, construction crews and HSE professionals.
• Interface with clients, subcontractors, regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Control project budget, monitor cost forecasts and implement cost‑control measures.
• Maintain project schedules, identify risks and mitigate potential delays.
• Prepare and present status reports, progress updates and risk assessments to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, company standards and project‑specific requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or related engineering discipline.
• 18–25 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in senior project‑management roles on large EPC projects.
• Proven leadership, strategic thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector; prior work with Technip Energies is a strong advantage.
