Project Manager – FMCG Business Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven Project Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional initiatives that are critical to the growth of our bottled drinking water business. The role will focus on business transformation, new product launches and the delivery of projects that support our market expansion objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project execution from business case development and approval through implementation and value realization.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and Operations.
• Manage new product launch projects, ensuring timelines, commercial targets and market readiness are met.
• Establish and enforce project governance frameworks, including stage‑gate reviews and approval processes.
• Control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement, cost‑optimization and business‑transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, KPIs and performance tracking for senior leadership.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial evaluations and post‑project reviews.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Proven success in leading end‑to‑end new product development and launch projects.
