About the role
Lead foundation, piling and shoring projects from mobilization to handover, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver projects: gather scope, prepare schedules, approve method statements and coordinate subcontractors.
- Manage resources and budget: mobilise workforce, align procurement, monitor costs and control expenditures.
- Lead site teams: supervise staff, enforce company policies and track productivity against the build‑up schedule.
- Maintain client and consultant relationships: handle approvals, coordinate design consultants and produce progress reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- 10+ years of ground engineering construction experience with a proven track record as a Project Manager.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Valid UAE driving licence and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).
