Project Manager - Hotel Fit-Out & Design Management

About the role

RPM, part of Ròya International Group, delivers project management across the full lifecycle, from planning and design through procurement, construction, fit-out and handover, with about 80% of its work in hospitality. It is looking for a Project Manager to drive hotel refurbishment and fit-out projects with a strong design management focus. The position is based in Dubai, office-based with project and site visits, and involves regional travel as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and/or workstreams concurrently, with clear priorities, actions and ownership.
• Represent the company and the client professionally with consultants, operators, contractors and authorities.
• Drive design management and fit-out delivery from brief and concept through tender, construction, handover and close-out.
• Integrate programme, budget, quality, procurement, risk and stakeholder requirements into one coordinated delivery plan.
• Identify issues early, develop solutions and push decisions to closure before they become critical.
• Provide concise, accurate and decision-oriented reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 8+ years in project management or project delivery.
• Strong experience with a leading regional or international PM practice and/or a major regional or international fit-out or main contractor.
• Proven design management and fit-out delivery capability, including consultant coordination, tendering and site delivery.
• Hospitality experience: hotels, F&B, guestrooms, public areas or branded residences, or comparable high-quality interiors.
• Degree in architecture, engineering or construction/project management.
• Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
