Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, commercial performance, and stakeholder coordination on complex civil works such as highways, bridges, tunnels, and utility networks.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver major infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop schedules, resource plans and monitor performance.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting and profitability.
• Administer contracts under FIDIC conditions, handling risks, claims, variations and contractual obligations.
• Act as primary liaison with clients, consultants, developers and UAE government authorities to secure approvals, permits and NOCs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and UAE legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional project management qualification (preferred).
• 15–20 years of heavy civil engineering and infrastructure experience.
• 7–10 years recent UAE experience with leading contracting firms.
• Proven track record as Lead Project Manager on highways, bridges, tunnels, earthworks and deep utility networks.
