Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure works for Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments in Dubai. The role oversees the full lifecycle of roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and related networks, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control the execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, storm‑water, sewerage, water supply, chilled water, LPG, firefighting and telecom networks.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and resource plans, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities to obtain approvals and resolve issues.
• Ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, method statements and HSE requirements.
• Review and approve technical submissions, method statements and work programmes.
• Manage manpower, equipment, materials and subcontractor performance.
• Control project costs, variations, claims and commercial matters in partnership with the commercial team.
• Lead testing, commissioning, snagging and final hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with a proven track record as a Project Manager.
• Strong background in roads and utility networks; experience with sewerage, storm‑water, drainage and water supply is preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with local authority approvals are highly desirable.
• Ability to manage large, multi‑disciplinary teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
