Project Manager – Infrastructure & Masterplanning

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure design and master‑planning projects across Abu Dhabi and the wider Middle East. You will guide multidisciplinary teams from concept through detailed design and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary design teams for infrastructure and master‑planning projects.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources and risk.
• Coordinate inputs across roads, utilities, drainage, structures, public realm and environmental disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi standards, codes and approval requirements.
• Monitor project performance, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Support bids, proposals and business development initiatives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to regional project‑management capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer or PMP accreditation preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience delivering infrastructure and master‑planning projects within a consultancy.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
• Strong background delivering projects in Abu Dhabi or the wider Middle East.
• Experience working with UAE authorities and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, client‑management and communication skills.
