Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Arco Interiors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on‑time delivery. The successful candidate will drive project execution, manage multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all deliverables meet the high standards expected by Arco Interiors and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior fit‑out projects from initiation to successful completion.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and site activities to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Resolve challenges and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Immediate availability and currently based in the UAE.
• Willingness to relocate to or work in Abu Dhabi.
