Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of major multi‑disciplined engineering projects, including new plants, facilities and modifications to existing assets. The role ensures projects are delivered economically, safely and in line with shareholder guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical input during proposal and concept phases, coordinate design, material specifications and manage procurement and tendering.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases from initiation to commissioning and hand‑over.
• Manage multinational contractors, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements, schedule, cost and quality targets.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, contract administration and approve variations and purchase orders.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports covering engineering, procurement and construction activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas project engineering/execution, including at least 5 years leading multi‑disciplinary staff and contractors.
• Professional certification such as PMP.
