Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead construction projects from initiation through handover, ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, timelines and safety regulations. This position is based in Dubai and reports to senior management within United Al Saqer Group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, resources and budget, and review designs for feasibility.
• Oversee daily construction operations, monitor progress, resolve on‑site challenges and coordinate engineering, procurement and site teams.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, evaluate variation orders and implement cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards through regular inspections and HSE policy enforcement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants and contractors, leading coordination meetings and maintaining stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural or construction engineering; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 20–25 years of experience in villa projects and at least 8–10 years in construction project management, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering medium to large‑scale construction projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
