Project Manager – Lead Projects in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee projects from initiation to completion, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery aligned with our business objectives in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, suppliers and external partners.
• Monitor progress, milestones, costs, quality and overall performance.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience managing projects from planning through successful completion.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in UAE or GCC projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, Asana.
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM or Agile certifications (optional).
