Project Manager - Luxury Villa Construction

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead luxury villa construction projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with designs, and managing project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities, guaranteeing work aligns with design specifications and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications to verify compliance with standards.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports and progress updates.
• Identify, document and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims and Extension of Time submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer on building construction projects, with specific villa experience.
• Proven track record handling variations, claims and EOT documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials and methods.
• Excellent communication, coordination and reporting abilities.
