Project Manager – Maintenance (Fit‑out & Asset Management)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Maintenance) to lead fit‑out and maintenance projects across commercial and industrial facilities in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures assets remain safe, compliant and operational while delivering projects on time, within budget and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage fit‑out and maintenance projects from initiation to close‑out, including reactive, preventive and planned activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs and maintenance programmes.
• Prepare and manage budgets, track costs and implement cost‑control measures.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Conduct site inspections, condition surveys and risk assessments, identifying defects and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, local building codes, fire & life safety standards and company policies.
• Manage work orders, spare parts and material procurement to support uninterrupted maintenance.
• Support commissioning, testing and validation of repaired or upgraded systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing multiple fit‑out and maintenance projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Building Services or related engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC, MEP systems, fire & life safety and fit‑out requirements.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
