Project Manager – MEP

About the role

The MEP Project Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects for residential, commercial and industrial buildings in Dubai. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans to meet delivery deadlines.
• Monitor project performance in terms of time, cost, health‑safety‑environment (HSE) and quality.
• Coordinate contractual correspondence with clients regarding delays and cost impacts.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors for design and manufacturing activities.
• Participate in contract negotiations with project stakeholders.
• Prepare, submit and clear invoices while tracking budget and cash‑flow.
• Direct engineering, safety, facilities and production teams to ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MEP projects for residential, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong ability to control project schedule, budget and HSE requirements.
• Effective communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.
