Project Manager – MV/LV Electrical Projects

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead medium‑scale MV/LV electrical distribution projects, including retrofits, modernisations and critical maintenance, ensuring margin protection, digital execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of MV/LV electrical projects, from scope validation through procurement, site works, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Utilise digital platforms such as mySchneider, Salesforce and ERP for project creation, documentation, contract validation and invoicing.
• Manage project financials, track budgets, forecast revenue, ensure timely invoicing and cash collection.
• Coordinate with Field Services, Engineering and Supply Chain to align material readiness, manpower and tools while complying with HSE and quality plans.
• Develop and monitor HSE plans, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with Schneider quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience on MV/LV equipment, preferably in retrofit and service projects.
• PMP certification (mandatory); Schneider PM certification is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, conflict resolution and communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
• Willingness to travel across the Gulf region for site visits.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of MV/LV electrical equipment, retrofit practices and protection schemes.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric product ranges (Masterpact, Easypact, Sepam, VAMP).
• Proficiency with digital tools: Salesforce, mySchneider and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Understanding of sales‑to‑execution processes and commercial contract management.
• Knowledge of adjacent domains such as SCADA, Drives, BMS and Power Quality systems.
