Project Manager – Residential Renovations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of residential renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves managing 2–4 concurrent villa or apartment renovations, overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relations on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 projects from mobilization to handover, developing detailed weekly trade‑by‑trade programmes.
• Coordinate all trades, conduct daily site visits and weekly inspections, and ensure compliance with quality and civil/structural standards.
• Secure and follow up on government and authority approvals (Nakheel, Emaar, DM, Trakhees) and manage NOC applications and completion certificates.
• Act as primary client contact, providing weekly progress updates, handling scope changes and obtaining client sign‑offs at milestones.
• Monitor project budgets, raise variation orders, approve subcontractor payments and work with estimators on procurement.
• Lead on‑site teams, brief supervisors daily, and manage subcontractor performance and programme compliance.
• Prepare weekly project update reports, maintain photo logs and document all verbal agreements in writing.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in UAE residential renovation or fit‑out, delivering projects worth AED 200 k–1.5 M.
• Proven ability to manage 2–4 concurrent projects and obtain approvals from Dubai master developers.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own car and G+1 construction licence (SOE member).
• Transferable UAE residence visa and fluency in English and Hindi.
