Project Manager – Residential Renovations

About the role

Creative Home Building Contracting is a premium residential renovation company based in Dubai, delivering high‑net‑worth villa and apartment projects. We are seeking a Project Manager who will not only manage projects but also help shape our delivery process and grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 concurrent residential renovation projects from mobilization to practical completion and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed week‑by‑week, trade‑by‑trade project programmes and budget sheets.
• Coordinate all on‑site trades, including in‑house teams and subcontractors, and conduct daily site visits and weekly formal inspections.
• Secure and follow up on government and master‑developer approvals (Nakheel, Emaar, DM, Trakhees, etc.) and manage NOC applications, inspections, and completion certificates.
• Act as the primary client liaison during construction, providing weekly written progress updates and handling client concerns professionally.
• Monitor project budgets versus actual spend, raise and price variation orders, and approve subcontractor payments in line with progress.
• Lead on‑site supervisors, trades, and labor, briefing daily priorities and ensuring quality and programme compliance.
• Submit weekly project update reports and maintain a daily photo log of site progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical foundation.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in UAE residential renovation or fit‑out, delivering projects valued AED 200,000–1,500,000.
• Proven ability to manage 2–4 projects concurrently and secure approvals from Dubai master developers or authorities.
• Valid UAE driving licence, own car (fuel reimbursed), and G+1 construction licence (SOE member).
• Transferable UAE residence visa (no sponsorship offered) and immediate availability.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
