Project Manager – Software Implementation (Hybrid)

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for its oil & gas clients in the Middle East. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site in Abu Dhabi and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise‑level software implementation projects from initiation through closure.
• Plan, scope, estimate costs, schedule resources, and design technical solutions.
• Organise and facilitate project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure quality control.
• Monitor implementation metrics, manage risks and issues, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide end‑user training and support project hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering business‑oriented IT/software solutions in the oil & gas sector.
• Experience with production operations or upstream functions is preferred.
• Ability to switch between hands‑on project execution and high‑level program strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple business divisions.
