Project Manager – Strategic Programs (Dubai)

About the role

Network International is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic programs and transformation initiatives across its acquiring, issuing, operations and support functions in Dubai. The role focuses on planning, execution and governance of high‑impact projects within the payments and financial services domain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of strategic programs, developing schedules, milestones and resource allocation models.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and coordinate mitigation actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare governance materials such as steering committee presentations, status reports and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliverables.
• Track program budgets, benefits realization and KPIs against approved business cases.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in project management, PMO or business transformation, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience preparing executive‑level reporting and governance documentation.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile are an advantage.
