About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver villa construction projects from initiation to handover.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage villa construction projects from start to handover.
Coordinate inspections and obtain local authority approvals.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager, with strong experience in villa or residential projects.
Experience in luxury or high‑end villa projects is preferred.
Familiarity with local authority approvals and inspections.
PMP certification is an advantage.
