Project Manager – Workplace & Real Estate Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end delivery of workplace and corporate real‑estate projects, from inception through completion. You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget and risk while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement across IT, HR, Finance and other business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, delivery strategies and change‑control processes.
• Coordinate architects, designers, cost consultants and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead office fit‑out delivery, including design, construction, furniture procurement, technology integration and security systems.
• Manage workspace reconfigurations, departmental relocations, growth requirements and optimisation initiatives.
• Oversee office closures, lease exits, consolidations and relocation programmes.
• Build strong relationships with leadership, IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security and Business Support teams.
• Prepare project budgets, business cases and financial forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or RICS are preferred.
• 10‑20 years of proven experience managing new office openings, corporate fit‑outs, workplace transformations, MAC projects and office decommissioning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects in a corporate environment.
