Project Planning Engineer

About the role

The Project Planning Engineer will align the company's strategy with each project's chief programme, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate company strategy into the chief programme and submit a detailed P6 schedule within 28 days of project start.
• Prepare and submit revised programmes for Engineer approval as required.
• Compare actual site progress with the programme, identify delays and drive corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports for Engineer approval.
• Identify employer or Engineer instructions that may cause delays and prepare extension claims.
• Perform other related tasks as instructed by company management.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of planning experience on housing projects.
• At least one role as Chief Planner on 1‑2 high‑rise construction projects.
• Architecture or Engineering degree, Bachelor or higher.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multicultural teams.

Required skills

• Expert in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Excellent command of English.
