Project Sales Executive Sanitaryware & Interiors (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

The Project Sales Executive will drive specification and project sales for sanitaryware and interior solutions across key market segments in the UAE, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, contractors and channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive specification and project sales across key market segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
• Manage projects from specification through order conversion.
• Conduct product presentations and provide technical support.
• Maintain an active project pipeline and accurate CRM updates.
• Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project/specification sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, luxury interiors, construction, or related industries.
• Strong network within the UAE architecture & design, contractor, and developer community.
• Proven experience managing long sales cycles and complex project pipelines.
• Excellent relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
• Must have a UAE driving licence and car.
