Property Advisor – Commission Based Sales (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Property Advisor to join our Abu Dhabi team, focusing on off‑plan property sales and investment advisory. The role is commission‑based and ideal for candidates with strong sales backgrounds who want to build a career in real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell off‑plan properties to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities.
• Generate and develop business through networking, referrals, outreach and available leads.
• Guide clients throughout the sales journey, from initial consultation to closing.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, projects and investment opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and project launches.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or a target‑driven environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
• A genuine interest in building a long‑term career in real estate.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese or European languages are highly preferred.
• CRM/sales system experience is an advantage.
