Property Advisor – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

R E D Real Estate Dubai is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Advisor to join its dynamic real‑estate team. You will assist clients with property investments, sell off‑plan and secondary properties, and provide professional guidance throughout the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Sell off‑plan and secondary properties to potential clients.
• Provide guidance and advice on real‑estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai real‑estate trends.
• Negotiate with clients and support the closing of property deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain effective communication throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Passion for real estate with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dubai real‑estate market and property transactions.
• Understanding of property sales and investment advisory.
• Client management and negotiation techniques.
