Property Advisor

About the role

The Property Advisor will drive sales of developer‑owned residential and commercial properties, guiding clients from the first inquiry through to deal closure. You will represent the developer’s brand, ensure a premium client experience, and contribute to the overall revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell off‑plan, ready‑to‑move, villas, apartments, townhouses, and retail units.
• Manage qualified leads from marketing campaigns, walk‑ins, exhibitions and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and unit tours.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Upsell and cross‑sell based on client needs and inventory.
• Build long‑term relationships with end‑users and investors, providing advice on pricing, payment plans, ROI and market trends.
• Prepare booking forms, reservation agreements and SPA documentation in coordination with legal and sales administration.
• Coordinate with banks, mortgage consultants and registration authorities as required.
• Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market competition.
• Participate in launches, roadshows, exhibitions and open days, supporting marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in real‑estate sales, preferably with off‑plan projects.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and converting leads.
• Strong negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
