About the role

Kingdom by MAG, part of MAG Group Holding, is expanding its Dubai team and seeks experienced Property Advisors to work on a 100% commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert sales leads into closed deals, consistently hitting and exceeding targets.
• Show clients standout properties and bring their features to life.
• Benchmark properties against the market to determine the right price every time.
• Guide clients through the entire journey, from the first inquiry to the final handshake.
• Negotiate confidently between buyers and sellers to close win‑win deals.
• Track market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory updates to stay ahead.
• Keep listings polished, accurate, and sale‑ready.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven real‑estate sales success in Dubai.
• Strong grasp of Dubai's property market, regulations, and processes.
• Sharp communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• A results‑first mindset with hustle and follow‑through.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
• Must be based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
