About the role

Bhive Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Property Consultant who is fluent in Arabic to join its fast‑growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on off‑plan projects and aims to guide clients toward smart property investments in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying and selling properties, with a strong emphasis on Dubai off‑plan developments.
• Provide expert market insights, pricing trends, and investment guidance.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new property launches, developer offers, and availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of real‑estate sales experience, preferably in the Dubai off‑plan market.
• Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven sales track record with strong motivation and target‑driven attitude.
• Team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
