About the role

Sykon Properties, a leading Dubai real‑estate agency, is looking for a Property Consultant to join its Business Bay office. The role involves advising clients on property investments, residential sales and luxury off‑plan projects while maintaining a deep understanding of the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property investments, luxury homes and off‑plan projects.
• Prospect and follow up with potential buyers.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare tailored proposals.
• Guide clients through negotiations and closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Provide timely, professional customer service.
• Meet sales targets and build long‑term client relationships.
• Uphold company standards of transparency and ethics.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales, lead generation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai market regulations and transaction processes.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple clients.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other widely spoken languages in Dubai are a plus.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, office software and online property listing platforms.
