Property Consultant – Primary/Off‑Plan (Commission Only)

About the role

As an Off‑Plan Property Advisor you will represent exclusive off‑plan projects across Dubai, guiding high‑net‑worth investors and end‑users through high‑value investment decisions. This commission‑only position offers uncapped earnings, premium developer access and a steady flow of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Represent exclusive off‑plan projects in prime Dubai locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors and end‑users.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits and investment consultations.
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans and incentives.
• Manage leads efficiently using the company’s advanced CRM system.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation and closing.
• Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation and exit strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in real‑estate sales, off‑plan or investment advisory (Dubai experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven mindset with a focus on targets.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is an advantage.
• RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
