Property Consultant – Real Estate Agent

About the role

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking ambitious and motivated Property Consultants to join its growing team in Ajman. The role involves handling a variety of property types—including residential, commercial, rental and off‑plan—and providing end‑to‑end support to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout the transaction process in the dynamic UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads.
• Source properties and clients for listings.
• Conduct property viewings and meetings.
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Handle negotiations and assist in closing deals.
• Work with residential, commercial, rental, and off‑plan properties.

Required profile

• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Confident, professional, self‑motivated attitude.
• Good customer service and follow‑up.
• Real estate or sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow in UAE real estate.
