Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Arfeen Real Estate is seeking ambitious, self‑motivated Property Consultants to join its growing sales team in Ajman. The role involves developing new business, sourcing properties, managing client relationships and closing sales across residential, commercial, rental and off‑plan sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and owner outreach.
• Source and present residential, commercial, rental and off‑plan property opportunities.
• Handle enquiries from portals, social media, calls and referrals.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections and client meetings.
• Assist with offers, negotiations and coordinate communication between parties.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, appointments and follow‑up activities.
• Stay updated on market prices, new developments and investment opportunities.
• Work towards individual sales targets while contributing to team performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, energetic and professional personality.
• Self‑motivated and driven by sales performance.
• Ability to build professional relationships and generate business independently.
• Good follow‑up, time‑management and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development or real estate is an advantage.
