Property Consultant - Residential Real Estate

About the role

Huspy builds an AI-powered operating system for real estate and mortgage brokers across Europe and the Middle East. It is hiring a Property Consultant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to guide clients through buying, selling and renting residential properties. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of listings and conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on market conditions and investment opportunities
• Handle inquiries, qualify leads, prepare proposals and support clients with documentation and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records in Huspy's systems
• Stay up to date on local real estate regulations, trends and pricing to give data-driven recommendations

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property options, market trends and investment decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Solid customer service skills, with responsiveness, empathy and focus on long-term client relationships
• Proven sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation and closing deals in a target-driven environment
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• A valid UAE driving licence and the ability to travel to client meetings and property sites within Abu Dhabi are preferred
• Experience in residential real estate in the UAE or GCC is highly beneficial, as is knowledge of local regulations and property financing options
