Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker

About the role

The Property Consultant – Spanish Speaker is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will advise Spanish‑speaking clients on property purchases, sales and investments, ensuring clear communication and professional guidance throughout the real‑estate process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and manage client inquiries.
• Prepare and present property proposals and negotiate offers to close transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s real‑estate regulations and market trends.
• Build and manage a portfolio of Spanish‑speaking clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills with the ability to guide clients through property decisions.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent communication abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation to build long‑term relationships and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Sales expertise to generate leads, follow up, negotiate and close transactions.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market, legal requirements and procedures.
