Property Consultant – Up to 80% Commission

About the role

Aurantius Real Estate is expanding its Secondary Sales & Leasing division in Dubai and seeks ambitious Property Consultants to build strong portfolios across key communities. You will generate listings, manage client relationships, and close secondary sales and rental transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage your own portfolio of secondary sales and rental listings.
• Prospect landlords, owners, buyers and tenants through cold calling, referrals, networking and existing databases.
• Conduct property valuations, advise on market pricing, and qualify buyers/tenants before viewings.
• Negotiate between clients and owners, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into offers and completed deals.
• Maintain accurate client and property information in the CRM and develop long‑term landlord and investor relationships.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with experience in Dubai real‑estate brokerage, especially secondary sales or residential leasing.
• Strong background in generating listings and building landlord relationships.
• Confident cold‑caller, self‑motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
