Property Investment Advisor – High‑ticket Sales (Remote)

About the role

Join Prosper Group’s HNWI & Institutional Division as a Property Investment Advisor, focusing on high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors. The role is fully remote and offers a performance‑driven compensation model with uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply the company’s sales process and investment methodology.
• Contact qualified investors and institutional leads, book meetings, and attend client sessions alongside senior management.
• Follow up prospects, move opportunities through the pipeline, and eventually manage your own portfolio of investors.
• Negotiate and close international property investment transactions, typically averaging $10 million per deal.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Strong communication and closing abilities, highly motivated and results‑driven.
• Comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but attitude and work ethic are paramount.
