About the role
We are expanding our brokerage in Dubai and are looking for motivated Property Sales Consultants to join our team. The role involves helping clients buy, sell or lease properties while delivering professional guidance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, inquiries and client follow‑ups.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients.
- Promote and market listings across multiple platforms.
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers and tenants.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market (preferred).
- Own visa or willingness to transfer; driving licence and car are an advantage.
