Property Sales Consultant

About the role

The Capital Avenue is expanding its real estate team in the UAE and is looking for motivated, results-driven Property Sales Consultants. The role suits people who are confident in sales, client engagement and closing deals in a fast-paced real estate environment. It is based in Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with company-provided leads and inquiries
• Present and promote available property projects to clients
• Conduct client meetings and property consultations
• Support buyers and investors throughout the sales process
• Negotiate and close property transactions
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high-quality service
• Stay informed on current market trends and project updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry (preferably in the UAE)
• Must hold a valid UAE residency visa
• Strong interest in real estate and property investment
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in a sales environment
