Property Valuation Consultant (Outsource Role)

About the role

The Property Valuation Consultant will deliver professional valuation services for ADIB Group, ensuring high‑quality inspections and reports while providing a high level of customer service. The role also supports cross‑selling initiatives and continuous personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and care.
• Present the company professionally at business events and encourage cross‑selling.
• Draft valuation reports under the supervision of an MRICS.
• Maintain high standards of inspection and report output.
• Meet turnaround times for all valuation cases.
• Apply RICS/IVSC “Red Book” standards and the three valuation methods.
• Ensure compliance with risk and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Real Estate Valuation.
• Associate RICS membership or enrollment in the APC is preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in real‑estate valuation.
• Strong market knowledge and good communication skills.
• Financial modelling capability and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated self‑development and continuing personal development.
