Proposal Manager

About the role

The Proposal Manager will lead the preparation of bids for PPP/BOT, EPC and O&M projects in the municipal and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Project Development Director, you will work closely with Business Development and multidisciplinary teams to secure new contracts for SUEZ.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities, support EOI and RFQ processes, and define bid strategies.
• Coordinate bid budgets, planning schedules, deliverables and ensure alignment with partners and internal teams.
• Set target prices, assess project costs and manage deadlines for all bid components.
• Identify risks, mitigations and opportunities in line with SUEZ policies.
• Participate in client negotiations and facilitate smooth hand‑over to the execution team.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Civil, Mechanical or Hydraulics engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PPP/BOT, EPC or O&M project environments, including tender response.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary bid teams.
