Provenance Sales Consultant & Purchaser (Rolls Royce)

About the role

We are looking for a Provenance Sales Consultant cum Purchaser to lead our pre‑owned Rolls‑Royce portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role combines sourcing high‑quality used vehicles, managing trade‑ins and consignment stock, and driving profitable sales through expert customer consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate pre‑owned vehicles on condition, mileage, service history, market value and resale potential.
• Source and purchase used cars from private sellers, auctions, dealers, brokers and other channels.
• Manage trade‑in processes including valuation, negotiation, inspection and reconditioning.
• Negotiate purchase and selling prices to meet margin and profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, pricing and demand to identify suitable acquisition opportunities.
• Oversee consignment vehicles – valuation, pricing, agreements, documentation and settlement.
• Support vehicle sales with professional consultation, negotiation and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, dealers, brokers, suppliers and customers.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in used‑car sales, vehicle purchasing or automotive trading.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle valuation, trade‑ins and consignment processes.
• Proven track record in price negotiation and market sourcing.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions and achieve business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
