Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Public Area Attendant ensures that all public spaces of the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach are clean, well‑stocked and welcoming for guests. You will deliver genuine hospitality, anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any concerns, contributing to the resort’s luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and refreshment of hotel washrooms and all public areas, performing routine checks and restocking supplies.
• Inspect public spaces regularly to ensure they meet Four Seasons standards.
• Provide attentive service by recognizing guests, anticipating their needs and addressing requests decisively.
• Deliver a special service touch whenever opportunities arise, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to uphold overall resort hygiene.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
