Public Area Attendant – Shopping Mall (Podgorica)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Public Area Attendant to keep the indoor areas of a two‑floor shopping mall in Podgorica clean and presentable. The role involves following a daily cleaning schedule, responding promptly to any issues, and ensuring a high standard of hygiene throughout the shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance of all indoor public areas on both floors.
• Monitor assigned zones regularly and keep them tidy and presentable.
• React quickly to any spills, waste or urgent cleaning needs.
• Follow the established cleaning timetable and use equipment according to safety procedures.
• Report maintenance or cleanliness concerns to the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or similar environment is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual and attentive to detail.
• Willingness to relocate to Podgorica, Montenegro.

Required skills

• Proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.

What we offer

• Net salary of €700 per month.
• One‑year fixed‑term contract, 40 hours per week with Sundays off.
• Accommodation provided.
• Opportunities for additional paid assignments with daily allowances of €20–70.
