Public Relations Account Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Public Relations Account Director to lead our client portfolio in Dubai. The role will oversee government, semi‑government and corporate accounts, delivering integrated PR strategies that enhance brand reputation across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day PR accounts for government, semi‑government and corporate clients.
• Plan, develop and execute integrated public relations campaigns.
• Draft and edit press releases, media kits and client communications in Arabic.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate media outreach, secure interviews and ensure coverage.
• Prepare campaign performance reports, client presentations and support new‑business initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience within a PR agency operating in the UAE.
• Proven track record managing government, semi‑government and corporate accounts.
• Deep understanding of the UAE media landscape and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated PR campaigns and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
