Public Relations & Events Manager – Arabic Speakers

About the role

The Public Relations & Events Manager will lead the development and execution of PR and communications strategies for high‑profile initiatives, while delivering executive‑level events across the UAE and the region. The role requires fluency in Arabic and English and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including media, government entities and senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR and communications plans for key initiatives and announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local, regional and international media outlets.
• Manage press releases, media briefings, interviews and press conferences.
• Support crisis communications when required.
• Plan and deliver executive‑level events, launches, forums, conferences and VIP engagements.
• Oversee event concepts, timelines, budgets, production plans and logistics.
• Coordinate protocol, operations and event communications.
• Manage relationships with agencies, production companies and external suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in PR, Communications, Marketing, Event Management or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or event management.
• Proven track record delivering high‑profile corporate, government or executive events.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership, VIP stakeholders and government entities.
• Strong media relations and networking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
