Public Relations Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Public Relations Manager for Food & Beverage will lead communications for Jumeirah’s portfolio of restaurants at Madinat Jumeirah. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure each dining experience is presented with the brand’s refined tone and strategic messaging. Jumeirah’s F&B offering includes more than 20 curated restaurants and lounges, delivering global cuisines reimagined with precision and creativity. The role works closely with culinary, marketing and operations teams to translate these experiences into compelling media stories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of communications and PR activities for the property’s restaurants, maintaining clarity, relevance and Jumeirah’s tone of voice.
• Shape compelling restaurant stories for media, partners and internal audiences, turning culinary moments, activations and concepts into engaging narratives.
• Manage day‑to‑day internal and external communications, ensuring all messaging is accurate, polished and aligned with brand standards and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate media engagement, PR opportunities, press materials and partner communications to strengthen visibility within the luxury hospitality market.
